Be The Love
Practice being who and what you want to be.
Turn around the fearful, doubtful, judgmental parts of YOU - and get clarity, peace and a loving awareness and acceptance of what IS.
Notice the thoughts which run through your mind right now and in every moment and see if those thoughts are useful, supportive and joyful.
Learn what do do with stressful thoughts/beliefs/stories. Allow change to happen in an amazing way (e.g via The Work, Intro Danza, Finding that loving, ever present Voice within you)
Learn and practice easy, simple, yet powerful tools - they are no secret. The 'secret', however, is to remember to use them when you are in a 'hole'. So you can go back with ease to the LOVE, JOY and TRUTH you are.
This is a ‘hands-on’
event, you know already everything there is to know, there is no new
information that needs to be learned. Rather, as Byron Katie would say, it's an unlearning.
